Today I have been looking into different areas of internet marketing to see what people are saying on their blogs and what free gifts they are offering to their readers.
You might have noticed that the information that is available here on The Affiliate Truth you can download for nothing, not even parting with your email address, why? Because I have no intention of selling you any products on internet marketing, I might recommend a product or a website but I don’t force that information down your throat!
I have been to a number of sites that ask for my email address when they offer their free report. I have no problem when it comes to giving up my details to get the report if someone has gone to the effort to write something that is helpful then its only right they get something in return. However……. I wish they would sort out their auto responders to give the report in a single click! I have no problem with the conformation of the email address it is only right to get it confirmed it is when they then send you to their sales page to try and get you to buy something. STOP IT! If you offer it for free then its easy to take me to the download page or even send me the document/mini course by email!
Get your auto responders sorted out organized so that they are easy to use, easy to follow and give the information that they promised.
